Today we're highlighting our Corporate Wellness Program, workFlow. Did you know we work with clients big & small (Amazon, National Wildlife Federation, law firms, non profits, tech companies & more) sharing our classes, mindfulness trainings, lunch & learns and more. Mindful Flow Yoga: One great class with lots of options. We can theme it to a music genre, add some cardio or dance & make it a party, or tone it down so your staff can relax deeply and melt their stress away. A client favorite, offered in 30 or 60 minutes options.

Half-Day Wellness Retreat: Your whole team deserves a break- and so do you! Let us treat you all to some R&R. Build your perfect retreat schedule by choosing from our full menu of lunch & learns on Wellness topics like (Good Sleep, Healthy Habit Building, Nutrition, Stress Busters & more) coupled with mindful meditation, healthy snacks & our signature yoga class.
