Welcome To MBSR At Flow!

Email us here if you’d like to drop in (FREE) to our info session Sunday Jan 12th at 1-3:30pm. We will host a 2nd info session in the coming week so please email us to get the invite!

We are thrilled to announce our Winter program for the renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and taught worldwide.

What's really thrilling is that Flow will be the only place in the DMV offering MBSR in person. While online sessions were necessary during the pandemic, we truly believe in the unique benefits of experiencing MBSR together, face-to-face. Flow offers the MBSR Series throughout the year both inside our studio as well as for our corporate partners. We are happy to announce our Winter program is now open for enrollment!

What to Expect:

Embark on a transformative journey with MBSR, incorporating meditation, mindful yoga, and inquiry to unravel stress-inducing habits of the mind. Each session provides an experiential journey within a supportive learning and practice environment. Guided meditations support practice outside of sessions, encouraging daily formal meditation and various informal exercises.

  • Facing Stressful Times: Build resilience for work and life.
