We’re excited to share that while our current schedule is set with our incredible teacher roster, we’re planning to add more classes this winter! To prepare, we’re looking to expand our team of substitutes (we currently have 3 and would love to have 5).

At Flow, we keep our roster small but mighty, prioritizing teachers who bring their unique energy and expertise to every class. Here’s what we’re seeking in a teacher:

• Experienced with large classes and confident in leading with presence.

• Comfortable teaching off the mat, with a strong ability to offer consistent, hands-on assists that genuinely support and enhance students' practice.

• Skilled at weaving storytelling and yoga wisdom into your teaching.

• Passionate about using music to create a meaningful atmosphere.

• Committed to creating an experience, not just a class.

For this first round of expansion, we’re especially looking for teachers who love leading intelligently sequenced infrared heated/power classes that build to a peak pose or follow well-rounded, aligned sequences (like Baptiste Power Flow). We value creativity over repetitive flows but are always open to chatting about your style!
