Welcome to Flow! Please fill out the form + follow the instructions for payroll forms and insurance requirements.

Finally, for teachers & teacher subs at least 48 hour before your first class please connect with hrteam@flowyogacenter.com so we can do a brief orientation and show you how our stereo/fans/lights work as well as communication between you & the front desk staff so things can run smoothly.

Payroll
To get set up on Payroll please complete this form. Once you fill it out we will send you a follow up email so you can log into ADP to complete set up!
As a contractor, you must submit an invoice to get paid. We pay on the 2nd of each month. You must submit your invoice to Flow on the 1st of each month in order to get paid on the 2nd. Please note, deposits may take a few days to hit your bank.

Insurance Requirement
Please add the following to your insurance documents as additional insureds and email to hrteam@flowyogacenter.com. Please cc: debra@flowyogacenter.com
You cannot assist or teach at Flow without an active policy. Most companies will add it for free and it usually takes under 24 hours. Here is the information to add:
